Made from 100% biodegradable material, when your beeswax wrap reaches the end of its life, you can simply throw it in the compost!
Do not use on highly acidic food, as it will eat away at the coating.
Do not use on raw meat.
Do not use with hot food/drink. Store in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.
Generally speaking, with consistent use and proper care, beeswax wraps will last anywhere from 6 months to a a year or more.
There's a few things you're able to do at the end of your beeswax wrap's life.
1. Compost it.
2. Cut it into strips and use it as fire starter.
3. Place the wrap between two sheets of parchment paper and use an iron on a low setting to melt and redistribute the wax.
4. Order a refresher kit and refresh it, so you can continue using it.
