How I got here
Frugal + Green = Zero Waste
I started my journey into zero waste as nothing more than a way to save money. Mr. Grizzly (my hubby) and I were living on two low salaries, and I needed places to reduce our expenses. Little did I know that I'd find my passion from that choice.
Paper(less) Towels
Paper(less) Towels are a perfect first step toward a zero waste kitchen. Made of 100% cotton flannel and edged with a cotton thread, these towels will not only reduce your waste, but they also won't shed any microplastics into the watershed. No special care needed- just wash and dry like your towels and they're ready to go again, and they'll last you for years!
Love love love love these! I've been using the same one almost daily since the day it arrived first use (seen in photo) and it's been a great success. I was nervous about cleaning the filters but have had no issues at all.
I never thought I’d be in love with towels, but these paperless towels are amazing! They’re a perfect start to living a less wasteful life at home. Plus they’re beautifully made and make for a fun conversation piece. They cling to each other so no snaps needed. And they look great on my handmade paper towel holder (from Rustic Log Creations). Thanks Meagan!
So soft! Replaced my tissues in my bedroom with it. So cute!
